Munch Through Monday ... Pull Apart Cheddar Bacon Ranch Bread

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to share a recipe that is oh-so-delicious, but not oh-so-nutritious. Why you ask? Because food is supposed to taste good!! There are many healthy recipes that are delicious and it's super important to eat healthy ... but you're also allowed to indulge on mouth-watering, greasy, cheesy foods as well, sometimes. It's all about eating in moderation, right??

This recipe has four words in the title that already guarantee it's goodness: Cheddar Bacon Ranch Bread. 'Nuff said, I'm sold. And if you are too, read on to score a recipe for this addicting snack.

Pull Apart Cheddar Bacon Ranch Bread
Recipe source: Plain Chicken

Ingredients
1 unsliced loaf of (round is preferable) sourdough bread
8-12 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix

Directions

Using a sharp bread knife cut the bread going both directions. Do not cut through the bottom crust. Place slices of cheese in between cuts. Sprinkle bacon bits on bread, making sure to get in between cuts. Mix together butter and Ranch dressing mix. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil the entire loaf in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
